“Why does the confirmation email go to the Spam, Junk, or Other folders?”
Your email provider filters messages based on the contacts you communicate with frequently, and completely new senders often end up in these folders.
You can add us to your contacts or mark our emails as safe to ensure our responses reach your main inbox.
“How do I know if my size is correct?”
Since our sizes are international, they may differ from what you are used to in the UK.
For this reason, you can consult our size guide, which is available at the bottom of each product page.
“I have received my order number, what should I do now?”
Once you have received your order number, simply wait for our follow-up email containing your tracking number.
This will allow you to check the status of your shipment.
Please note that tracking numbers are generated automatically, and when you receive yours, the postal system may not have updated the information yet.
We kindly ask you to try again within the next business days.
“I have received my tracking number, but there is no information or it appears as nonexistent or lost.”
As mentioned in point 3, you received a tracking number that was generated automatically, which means it may not yet be updated on the official tracking platform.
We provide alternative tracking platforms for you to check your shipment.
We recommend checking the tracking information again in the following business days.
“How can I track my order?”
If you want to track your order number, you can do so in the “Track Order” section. During your first search, you may see statuses such as “pending deposit,” “pre-registered,” or similar. Do not worry, this is the default status when a tracking number is first created.
More detailed delivery information and estimates will appear over the next business days.
“Why haven’t I received my order?”
If we have confirmed your order number and tracking number, it means your order is being processed and we are respecting the established delivery timeframes. “Can I change, cancel, or return my order?”
