Where will I receive my order confirmation?

Your order confirmation should arrive immediately at the email address you provided.

Please check your Spam, Junk, or Other folders, as the message may have been delivered there.

If you still can’t find it, please contact us with your full name and email address through any of our customer support channels, and we’ll review the case with you.

Why does the confirmation email sometimes end up in Spam, Junk, or Other folders?

Your email provider filters messages based on the contacts you interact with most often, and completely new senders may sometimes end up in those folders.

You can add us to your contacts or mark our emails as safe to make sure our replies arrive in your main inbox.

How do I know if I’ve chosen the right size?

As our sizing is international, it may differ from the sizes you’re used to wearing in Spain.

For this reason, you can refer to our size guide, available at the bottom of each product page.

I’ve received my order number — what should I do now?

Once you’ve received your order number, simply wait for our next email, where we’ll send you your tracking number.

With this number, you’ll be able to check the status of your shipment.

Please note that tracking numbers are generated automatically, and when you receive yours, the carrier’s system may not have updated the information yet.
We kindly ask you to check again over the next few business days.

I’ve received my tracking number, but no information appears or it shows as invalid.

As mentioned in point 3, you have received a tracking number that was generated automatically, which means it may not yet be updated on the official tracking platform.

We also provide alternative tracking platforms so you can check the status of your shipment.

We recommend checking the tracking information again over the next few business days.

How can I track my order?

If you’d like to track your order, you can do so in the “Track Your Order” section.

When you first search, you may see statuses such as “pending deposit,” “pre-registered,” or something similar. Don’t worry — this is the usual status when a tracking number is first created.

Over the next few business days, the information will be updated with more details and estimated delivery times.

Why haven’t I received my order?

If we have confirmed your order number and your tracking number, it means your order is being processed and that we are meeting the stated delivery timeframes.
